New Habit Templates!
A few months ago we released one-click bucket list templates and Kaizen Value templates, which have been a big hit and we've received great feedback on them.
We have recently extended this suggestion feature to habits and recurring tasks by introducing 70+ new habit templates that will help you instantly find a few ways to improve consistently either on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis!
Start Small, Build Big
Our methodology at GoalSumo is that life-changing progress happens in small steps performed consistently over time.
While it might be tempting to add a ton of habits all at once, we'd recommend to pick 3 or 4 of them to begin with. Become consistent with those few habits, then steadily add more of them as desired.
