• Curiosity Sells: Many of our users have originated from simple links to "goal" or "GoalSumo" used in a sentence. Your attribution gets set whenever someone clicks your link, even if they do not immediately purchase.

If you'd like to disable this function and have all incomplete tasks merely expire at the end of the day, click SETTINGS and disable ROLLOVER.

1) By Goal Chain.

Review your goal blueprint easily from the Goal Chain interface. Access the accessory menu to easily make modifications to any goal, including movement to other time silos.

2) By Individual Goals

Review your individual goals outside of the Goal Chain easily from the Individual Goals interface. Access the accessory menu to easily make modifications to any goal, including movement to other time silos.

3) As a Vision Board

Get a vision of your future life and access your goals in a visual format.

Click the Sumo AI for instant help.

From your Goal Chain interface [+ Add Goal Chain] simply click on "Guided Goal" to implement a blueprint. Then modify, add, or edit to suit your needs.

There several places where you can Add/Edit target dates, or deadlines.

GoalSumo has 5 flexible time silos and target dates should fall within the goal's allocated time silo.

Dream Goals (6 to 10 years)
Mid-Term Goals (2-6 years)
Short-Term Goals (6-24 months)
Monthly Goals (1-6 months)
Weekly Goals (1-4 weeks)

GoalSumo uses time-silos as we view Goal achievement as a guilt-free, fluid and flexible process, not a rigid ordeal that introduces anxiety into your life.

Rewards can be anything you designated, from a nice meal out at an expensive restaurant, to a day of binge-watching Netflix, to a vacation to the S. Pacific.

While goal achievement in itself is a reward, you should reward milestones along the way which helps fire your feedback loop.

Partial rewards is what keeps motivation fired, and momentum moving

When you mark a goal complete, you can elect to have your Reward moved to your Backlog.

To do so, click the Accessory Menu and select Chain Task.

Optimally, the best use of Kaizen Values is to chain them to a habit that automatically appears on your Daily Sumo.

Task chaining is integral to moving the meter on your goals, your values, and your habits.

Any task can be chained to a weekly goal, a Kaizen Value, or a habit. When you chain a task to any of these objectives, you are guaranteeing yourself progress toward your best life.

More, any tasks you chain toward larger objectives, earns you more points in the GoalSumo world, moving you warrior ranks.

Once you create a Kaizen Value, you can "task and chain it" on your DailySumo and earn extra warrior points in the GoalSumo world.

A task that is chained to a Kaizen Value shows the meditative icon.

For best results, Habits should be chained to Kaizen Values and not standalone tasks.

To create a HABIT at GoalSumo, click HABITS in your sidebar navigation.

Complete the information.

Name: The name of your habit.

The Task Priority: Power, Primary, or Secondary.

The Repeat Interval: Daily, Weekly (with Day Options), or Monthly.

Important considerations for habits: If you fail to complete a HABIT which appears on your DailySumo, the habit will repeat the next day, regardless of its normal repeat interval!

This Rollover Option can also be disabled in your Settings.
