Creating your first habit.
Before creating a HABIT at GoalSumo, make sure you already have created a Goal Chain or a Kaizen Value. For maximum effectiveness, you will want your habits to be Chained to a Weekly Goal or a Kaizen Value.
To create a HABIT at GoalSumo, click HABITS in your sidebar navigation.
Complete the information.
Name: The name of your habit.
The Task Priority: Power, Primary, or Secondary.
The Repeat Interval: Daily, Weekly (with Day Options), or Monthly.
Important considerations for habits: If you fail to complete a HABIT which appears on your DailySumo, the habit will repeat the next day, regardless of its normal repeat interval!
This Rollover Option can also be disabled in your Settings.
