What are Kaizen Values?

Kaizen Values are values and ideals you want to continually improve, but may not be easily measured. Kaizen is a Japanese word for "continual improvement."

Once you create a Kaizen Value, you can "task and chain it" on your DailySumo and earn extra warrior points in the GoalSumo world.

A task that is chained to a Kaizen Value shows the meditative icon.

For best results, Habits should be chained to Kaizen Values and not standalone tasks.
